We celebrated Thanksgiving Day at our house this year. Terry's mom, brother's family, and sister's family came over for lunch. We had a house full and loved every minute of it! Clayton enjoyed spending time with his cousins, Kaylee, Lexie, Sam, Karie, and Kasie. My nieces Karie and Kasie had never met Claire, so they spent the day loving on her!
That afternoon, my mom came in from Kingsport. We spent the afternoon putting up Christmas decorations, then we went to the Fantasy of Trees. This has been a Thanksgiving day tradition for our family since Clayton was one year old. Clayton said that he really wanted to go this year. He told my mom that the Santa at the Christmas fair that we visited last week was fake, but the one at the Fantasy of Trees was the real Santa! Of course first things first, we had to get our picture made with Santa. Claire slept right through the whole thing and Clayton was so cute trying to get her dress fixed for the picture!
Clayton had fun decorating cookies and making things. Clayton and Claire made a thumb print ornament to go on our tree.
Clayton's favorite trees were the FBA tree and the Brickey-McCloud tree
.We posed for pictures too! Clayton was so excited to spend time with Granna and Mamaw!

My mom was so sweet to spend the night and watch the kids so I could go shopping on Friday! Thanks mom! Of course Tracy and I had a great day of fellowship as we shopped for Christmas gifts! Happy Thanksgiving!
Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. Psalm 100:4
