Cookies for Santa

One of our favorite activities during Christmas time is making cookies for Santa. We usually make them on Christmas Eve, but because we will be traveling earlier to my grandmother's house with Claire, we decided to make them last night. Well, thanks to the Grooms family, we had a great basket full of items to make and decorate cookies! Our favorite is the snowman aprons! Clayton said that we must take a picture to show Ms. Tracy, he thought she would like that! First we mixed the all of the ingredients with our snowman spatula. We had fun making the dough! Then Clayton loved using the cookie press that was in our basket. It made imprints of snowmen, snowflakes, and Christmas trees. After we let the cookies cool, we got busy decorating with sparkle gel and lots of sprinkles. Daddy joined in on the decorating! We all voted that Daddy's cookie was the best! He is such a perfectionist! Hope you like the cookies Santa!
