Life Group Party

Last night we had our Life Group Christmas party at the Bailey Barn. We had Salsaritas and a night of fun and fellowship! The men had to bring a tacky tie to exchange and the women brought an ornament to exchange. The ties were hilarious! The men and women drew numbers and the fun began! Todd got the tackiest tie of the night award for sure! Here he is with his golfing santa tie. It lights up and plays Christmas music! Then the men had a contest to see who could tie their tie the fastest. Well this had us belly laughing because Todd Weber had picked Greg Byrd's tie (which was an extra long one) and it was so long that he was waving it around and then had to tuck it in his jeans! The women were pretty civil and only stole ornaments in the game a few times! Our exchange was easier because we all had pretty ornaments! Then we played a game called "Family" that Laura suggested. It was so much fun! Friends, be ready to play this game the next time we get together, which may be New Year's Eve! Here is our sweet Life Group leader, Larry. I love his heart for God and how he guides us weekly with God's word! We had a great time together! Don't be surprised if you see some guys with really tacky ties on Sunday!
